Role Overview:
- You'll serve as the Corporate Controller, a senior leadership role partnering with the CFO to own the financial integrity of the business.
- You'll build institutional-grade accounting infrastructure while leveraging AI and automation for efficiency.
- You'll manage a multi-entity, multi-national operation and prepare the company for a potential liquidity event.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, technical GAAP accounting, and internal controls.
- You'll manage AR, AP, billing, payroll, treasury, tax, and intercompany frameworks across jurisdictions.
- You'll partner with FP&A, support M&A accounting, and communicate with the audit committee and executive leadership.
