Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world. As a Shopper Marketer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Know the shopper group you’re responsible for intimately, what they want/need and how they shop. Develop a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns. Lead the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for a specific Account/Channel. Build relationships with key Marketing personnel at our account and being highly collaborative with Sales Reps and Category Development Managers. Evaluate the financial viability of various marketing tactics and managing budget.
