- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections in your market.

- Work remotely in the field with no office visits required.
Pay:
- Earn a flat-rate payment per field event as an independent contractor.
- No sales pressure, contracts, or closings – you get paid for your time in the field.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association, and reliable transportation.
