What you will do:
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes.
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
- Perform extensive due diligence and estimate repairs.
About You:
- 4+ years of sales experience with top 10% performance.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to exceed quotas through phone sales; Bachelor's degree preferred.
