Homeowner Engagement & Sales:
- Engage with inbound leads - homeowners exploring an HEI - and guide them from initial inquiry through signed agreement.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with prospective homeowners in your pipeline.
- Educate homeowners on Truehold Financial's HEI product: how it works, how it compares to alternatives.
Pipeline & Process Management:
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce - document every activity, keep deal stages current, and flag stalled files proactively.
- Provide regular, proactive status updates to homeowners via phone, email, and text.
- Coordinate with internal processors and underwriters to keep applications moving and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Market Knowledge & Team Collaboration:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the HEI product, including underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria.
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and know how to position Truehold Financial's offering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with originations, marketing, and legal to support a high-quality homeowner experience.
