Pipeline & Process Management:

  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce - document every activity, keep deal stages current, and flag stalled files proactively.
  • Provide regular, proactive status updates to homeowners via phone, email, and text.
  • Coordinate with internal processors and underwriters to keep applications moving and resolve bottlenecks quickly.

Market Knowledge & Team Collaboration:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the HEI product, including underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape and know how to position Truehold Financial's offering.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with originations, marketing, and legal to support a high-quality homeowner experience.
