VP, People & Experience

Nutrafol is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Vice President, People Experience to lead all aspects of the employee journey, from onboarding to leadership development, while serving as a key partner to the business. You are a builder who thrives at the intersection of culture, systems, and scale, with deep expertise in organizational design, leadership enablement, and talent planning. This role reports into the Chief People Officer and collaborates closely with both Directors of People, and Talent. The role involves strategic business partnership to grow and lead a high-impact HRBP function and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Workforce planning tied to company objectives and future growth is also a key part of the role, as is building and stewarding leadership development programs. Additionally, the position requires developing and executing company-wide talent planning practices, leading engagement strategy and survey cycles, and championing programs that deepen connection, recognition, and purpose across a remote-first workforce.
