Job Description
The Manager, Commercial Sales will lead a team of 6-8 Commercial Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos for the company. As a member of the sales leadership team, your experience will be valued in this fast-growing organization. In this role you will serve as an active member of the Sales Leadership team and build strong, collaborative relationships throughout the Sales, Support, Pre-Sales, and Success organizations. Your daily adventures will include supporting direct reports, developing the sales team, conducting forecast meetings, coaching, and reporting on sales activity. You will also collaborate with sales enablement, marketing, product and technology business leaders to ensure optimal support of sales activity. This role involves assessing customer needs, gathering user feedback, and improving sales processes and operations.
