Expert Solutions Project Manager

In 2023, SlideHub began offering implementation services to help new clients get the most out of our platform. The demand for these services grew quickly and led to the formation of our Expert Solutions division, which now supports clients with setting up brand-compliant libraries with high-quality assets. As client interest continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help drive Expert Solutions forward. As Expert Solutions Project Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end client projects, including running client meetings to understand project requirements, offering structured recommendations and guidance, reviewing and optimizing templates across the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), creating brand guidelines and best practice materials, uploading and organizing materials into client libraries, and delivering basic training to clients. You will also collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to pitch Expert Solutions offerings and identify new project opportunities and contribute to improving Expert Solutions workflows, tools, and internal documentation.
