Role Overview:
- Support Global Process Owners and the wider Highlander Programme team.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Play a key role in Operations & Supply Chain (OSC), Sales and Finance teams for Dynamics 365 implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, BU Directors, Site Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Support End Users, Global Key Users, and SMEs through all Highlander programme phases.
- Maintain test scenarios and participate in end-to-end testing aligned to owned processes.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience applying business best practices within Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
