Senior Director, IT Operations

The Senior Director of IT Operations will lead the day-to-day operations of technology, infrastructure, and end-user support services across the KIPP Foundation. This role involves overseeing data center and cloud environments, network reliability, vendor coordination, and incident response, ensuring that systems remain resilient, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. This position requires a leader who can develop strategic direction into dependable systems and services. Responsibilities include team leadership and development, driving technology vision execution, cross-functional partnership, escalation management, overseeing IT operations, data center and cloud stewardship, and vendor & contract management.
