Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to join their Customer Experience organisation and help redefine post-sales technical partnership. The role involves serving as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers in Japan, designing observability maturity roadmaps, and providing expert-level guidance and troubleshooting to drive product adoption. The Architect will also conduct technical reviews, advise on best practices, and build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders. They will collaborate with Engagement Managers and Onboarding Solutions Architects, act as a customer advocate internally, and participate in customer business reviews. Candidates should possess strong skills in observability solutions, Kubernetes, and have experience in technical account management or consulting. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
