Job Description

The Expansion & Market Launch Lead will own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new cities, regions, and service lines — from market research and operational setup to post-launch optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Provider Growth to design scalable launch playbooks, manage field activations, and ensure every new market achieves profitable traction within 90 days. This is a high-ownership role ideal for an operations-minded, analytical, and execution-obsessed leader who can move fast and build systems that scale. Key Responsibilities include owning market expansion strategy, conducting market assessments, designing localized launch playbooks, coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing launch KPIs, recruiting provider teams, partnering with marketing, and analyzing post-launch performance.
