About the Role:
- We are seeking an AI Orchestrator to lead software engineering delivery in an AI-driven environment.
- This role blends engineering delivery, project coordination, and client engagement.
- You will translate initial mission and scope into clear delivery plans and maintain alignment throughout execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support a software engineering team using AI-driven development methodologies.
- Own project mission and scope, evolving them into actionable delivery plans with visible priorities and risks.
- Serve as the professional interface between business stakeholders and a high-speed engineering team, delivering status reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent business English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing or coordinating software engineering teams using AI-driven methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and delivery management skills in fast-moving environments.
