About the Role:
- Lead the Promise team of front end, backend, and data science engineers.
- Set technical direction, review PRs, and drive AI-native ways of building.
- Hold the quality bar to ensure shopper trust and conversion uplift.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of core engineering experience, with 3+ years as an engineering manager in high-growth startups.
- Deep backend/data science expertise and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms, GCP preferred, and managing staff-level engineers.
