New Clinical Navigator - Remote Patient Nutrition Support & Adherence, RN or Dietitian a Plus! US - remote

Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured outreach to patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide accurate, program-approved education on treatment plans and adherence expectations.
• Identify barriers and escalate clinical, safety, or access concerns per protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, active listening, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field and current professional license (e.g., RN, Dietitian).
• 2+ years of experience in patient education, clinical navigation, or remote patient support.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position with flexibility across U.S. time zones.
• Prolonged sitting and computer use; ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional travel for training or company meetings.
