Owns the data preparation behind World Vision's annual Our Voice employee engagement survey.
Partners with HR colleagues globally and external survey vendor Perceptyx to ensure every eligible employee is included.
This is a fixed-term role covering the FY27 survey cycle (October 2026 to February 2027).

Data Cleaning, Merging, Reconciliation, Submission:

Prepares the global survey dataset by combining HR system (Workday) data with separate office submissions.
Applies business rules consistently and reconciles records across all data sources.
Submits a single, validated dataset to the survey vendor on schedule with all quality checks complete.

Data Collection and Survey Support:

Collects employee data from offices operating outside Workday, partnering with HR contacts for timely submissions.
Serves as data point of contact during the live survey period, investigating and resolving participant data queries.
Processes post-survey demographic corrections and updates reporting line data ahead of results release.
