Operational Risk Analyst

Our Operational Risk team:

• We're looking for a pragmatic Operational Risk Analyst who can work independently.
• Ensure we’re not only customer-focused and innovative, but that we grow fast and in control.
• We need to carefully manage the risks we face

You’ll play a key role by:

• Supporting managers to conduct in-depth assurance and/or change reviews of different areas of the business either through data collection, analysis and/or concise, well written reports.
• Monitoring Operational Risk channels to ensure support and guidance is provided to other areas of the business and material risk(s) are escalated to the appropriate forums.
• Driving management of our team actions, agendas, documentation, and coordinating team events.

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You are proficient when working with data, using SQL and/or databases/dashboards like Looker/BigQuery.
• You’re comfortable working in a fast paced environment where you may need to quickly change priorities.
• You’re curious and collaborative - you’re great at asking incisive questions to pick things up and act on them quickly.
