About The Role:

- Take a new channel from zero to one, owning creative, ads, tracking, and tooling.

- Find and build new paid channels for high-quality homeowner leads.
- Build creative, experimentation, data, and quality-control systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Hard worker who is scrappy and resourceful, able to execute across growth problems.
- Hands-on experience buying ads or operating a growth loop.
