We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape, define, and deliver large-scale Shopify commerce experiences for leading brands. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between strategy, delivery, and technology — translating discovery insights into actionable roadmaps and ensuring every project delivers measurable value. The candidate will lead client discovery sessions, define project scope, build and maintain a product backlog, and facilitate trade-off discussions. They will also focus on KPIs tied to conversion, AOV, retention, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role involves helping establish Product Management as a discipline within the agency, mentoring peers, and contributing to thought leadership.
