About the Role:
- Work closely with HDVI’s Claims and Fleet Services Teams.
- Provide claim resolution and tactical guidance to both internal and external customers.
- Senior level growth potential as the company expands.
What You'll Do:
- Handling of all aspects of Cargo claims.
- Participate in regular claims reviews with both internal and external customers.
- Provide technical expertise in response to inquiries from internal and external customers.
What You Have:
- Experience analyzing, determining and applying coverage for Commercial Trucking claims.
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
