Accounts Payable Specialist

This position is needed to support Accounts Payable Global Delivery. Responsibilities include processing invoices as per agreed Service Level Agreement and catalyzing smooth knowledge transfer to build SOP’s. It also involves performing rigorous follow up for exception resolution and ensure higher first pass yield, as well as reviewing and approving Travel & Expense reports in accordance with company policy. Ensure effective and timely response to stakeholder enquiries, highlight deviation and suggest process improvement. Perform month end activities related to Accounts Payable and ensure timely completion. The role requires a degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce, excellent communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, along with strong proficiency in Excel. Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion, specifically with the Accounts Payable (AP) module, is crucial.
