Define and drive the product roadmap for centralized assurance products and support content and methodology projects.
Translate high-level vision into actionable requirements and co-own backlog prioritization with engineering and design.
Define success metrics and deliver measurable improvements in product performance and user experience.

What you will bring:

3-5 years of product management in SaaS, with proven delivery across multiple product lines or global markets.
Strong technical fluency and problem-solving skills to simplify complexity into clear product direction.
Experience defining KPIs and using data to measure product health, plus preferred experience with AI tooling.

Location and arrangement:

Full-remote position based in Romania (Cluj or Bucharest).
Full-time permanent role with flexible work environment, using AI-native tools to accelerate delivery.
