Job Description
PHIL is looking for a Business Analyst to manage client-specific operational configurations with precision, troubleshoot internal workflow issues in collaboration with Operations, Product, and Engineering, and maintain and manipulate complex spreadsheets that influence system behavior. The analyst will be Identifying and resolving inconsistencies across client workflows, serving as a go-to expert on how internal systems function for each client, and supporting the continuous improvement of operational processes through documentation and cross-team collaboration.
