Staff Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role:

• Build features that pharmacy and health system teams use daily for compliance-critical work.
• Take a problem from rough product idea to live production, making sound technical calls independently.
• Work with AI as a daily tool, embedded into both the product and your workflow.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and ship full-stack features end to end for workflows like 340B compliance, intake, rebate management, and claims reconciliation.
• Partner with product managers and pharmacy operations experts to understand what teams actually need.
• Contribute to the technical foundation, including how AI gets embedded into product workflows.

You May Be a Fit If:

• You have 10+ years in professional software engineering across the stack, with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• You have built customer-facing products and are comfortable moving across layers of the stack.
• You have strong instincts for production-ready code in a compliance-critical, enterprise healthcare context.
