Lime is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the Core Rider product team. In this role, you'll be key in enhancing the customer experience via the mobile app. The role focuses on the new rider experience, like new rider growth, onboarding, first trip activation and engagement. You'll drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new features, manage the product lifecycle from start to finish, and prioritize the product backlog.
