Talent Acquisitions Operations Specialist

Serve as the Greenhouse ATS administrator, responsible for all system configurations, updates, permission management, and troubleshooting. Manage the intake and setup of new requisition requests and ensure accurate job postings and approvals. Own the offer letter generation process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accuracy in documentation. Track and maintain key hiring data, generating regular reports and dashboards for recruiting performance, time-to-fill, and pipeline analytics. Partner with recruiters and coordinators to schedule interviews and support candidate experience. Act as a backup sourcing support to assist with building top-of-funnel candidate pipelines for high-priority roles. Collaborate with TA leadership to identify and implement process improvements across recruiting operations. Maintain documentation of workflows and provide support in onboarding new recruiting team members to Greenhouse and related tools.
