Staff Applied AI Engineer, AI Capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural efforts in our unified AI platform.
• Guide technical decisions across AI Capabilities.
• Provide technical oversight as we consolidate runtimes.
• Partner deeply with product teams across the AI org.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar for AI Capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Proven engineering impact in complex, cloud-based systems is essential.
• Must have hands-on work with large language models in production.
• Have experience with deploying evaluation frameworks for LLMs (performance, reliability, bias) and building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
