The Role:

  • This is a second Engineering Manager role in a scaling engineering organization, reporting directly to the CTO.
  • You will lead 6 to 10 engineers across 2 to 3 squads, owning people, staffing, and delivery.

What you will do:

  • Run 1:1s, give honest feedback, and own performance and promotion decisions.
  • Own delivery for your squads, challenging scope and dates with Product to ensure sustainable commitments.
  • Protect long-term velocity by owning capacity allocation for tech health and platform quality.

What you will bring:

  • At least 3 years managing software engineers and 5+ years as an engineer before that.
  • Experience with React, Django, GCP, and AI-assisted engineering tooling.
  • Fluent English; French is a plus.
