Senior Analyst – Strategy & Special Projects

The Velocity team delivers insights that move the business, facilitate clinical stewardship, educate leadership, and create value for our investors. On Strategy, we partner with senior operations leaders to evaluate key trends and inform decisions driving growth, external partnerships, and business development. On Special Projects, we develop and project-manage initiatives that transform kidney care for teammates and patients within our geography. Responsibilities include analysis in building models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve issues and identify opportunities, partnering to improve financial performance, generating insights around performance drivers, and facilitating forecast process. Another important aspect is developing projects that facilitate strategic goals, proposing and monitoring project plans, and stepping up to meet ad hoc challenges. Assess clinical data to identify trends to drive process improvement and support initiatives that strengthen care quality. The role requires building a cohesive atmosphere through active engagement.
