Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage alerts generated via network security monitoring, EDR platforms, and other log sources.
- Threat hunt across Volexity’s customer base to look for new or previously undetected threats.
- Create detailed incident reports with actionable recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent understanding of network protocols and operating systems related to threat detection.
- Detailed knowledge of the current threat landscape and TTPs of various threat actors.
- High-quality written communication skills for long-form customer reporting.
Collaboration:
- Work with teammates to compile customer reports and clearly communicate work performed.
- Teach new analysts Volexity’s process and procedures.
- Stay updated on security events and share critical news with teammates.
