- Own day-to-day administration of employee-facing IT systems including MDM and endpoint management.
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle helpdesk escalation, software licensing, and hardware procurement.
- Own and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including account governance, IAM, and network architecture.
