Role & Responsibilities:
- Deploy and support Scout in real customer environments.
- Build and improve deployment automations using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Contribute to product SDKs to make deployment, configuration, and testing easier.
Qualifications:
- Degree in CS or related field with experience in Python.
- Familiarity with infrastructure, deployment, cloud environments, networking, and Linux.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, incident response, digital forensics, or threat intelligence.
- Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Elastic, Volatility, YARA, or similar investigation technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise software deployments.
