Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues across cloud security, vulnerability scanning, and threat detection in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Troubleshoot cloud connector failures, including IAM, network, and API authentication, and design AI-driven automation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical support experience, with 2+ years in cloud platforms and 1+ year in Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, or similar languages, and strong Linux command-line skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with vulnerability management, SBOM/SCA, or CVE triage workflows.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance frameworks.
