About the Role:
- You will own the day-to-day administration of our employee-facing IT systems.
- Responsible for MDM and endpoint management, Microsoft 365, and identity access.
- Work closely with the IT Security Engineer and IT Director on security and procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Own MDM administration via Jamf Pro for macOS and Windows MDM for endpoints.
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end to end across all systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of systems administration or IT operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and strong Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of identity management and SaaS license administration.
