Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Support internal customers by establishing processes, tooling structures, and governance frameworks for engineering teams.
- Shape how software is scoped, tracked, governed, and released across the company in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, plus 5+ years in software development, DevOps, or related fields.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments with strong understanding of SDLC concepts like requirements traceability and CI/CD.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar tracking systems, excellent documentation skills, and strong cross-functional communication.
Company & Travel:

- Remote employees are required to travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, CA twice a quarter and be on-site for the first two weeks of onboarding.
