• Handling, preparation, production, and timely service of meals.
• Preparing meals according to client scheduling and within the menu plan and budget guidelines.
• Supervising all portioning of meals on serving line to ensure all clients are receiving amounts specified.

• Assist the First Cook in preparing menu items and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and serving areas, follow food handling guidelines.

• Supervising the work conducted with the dining room within a remote lodge setting
• Responsible for driving themselves, staff, and food suppliers to the offsite locations
• Train staff on dining room and lunchroom standards and continue to mentor staff
