About the Company:
- We are seeking a Head of Payments for our client, a profitable Ukrainian product startup building personalized health and fitness products.
- Our client has a fully remote team of 50+ and operates on a B2C subscription model across the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review current payment setup and acceptance rate performance, identify quick wins.
- Build and scale multi-PSP infrastructure including routing, orchestration, and cascading.
- Own payment strategy metrics and manage processing costs and PSP negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of core payments experience with subscription businesses (B2C).
- Experience with Tier-1 PSPs like Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, and multi-PSP orchestration.
- Experience with US and European markets, handling 3-5M+ transactions per month.
