Project Manager, DFR

Following Flock’s recent acquisition of Aerodrome, a leader in public safety drone technology, we are poised for rapid growth and anticipate a robust pipeline of projects in 2025. Manage end-to-end deployment of our DFR projects, which involve complex hardware, software, and service integrations, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to Flock’s high standards. As a key cross-functional liaison, coordinate efforts across teams and third-party vendors, tackle logistical challenges, and drive process improvements to support the scaling of the DFR program. The Project Manager will take ownership of a smaller, defined component of a DFR deployment, gaining hands-on experience with Flock and Aerodrome’s systems, processes, and technologies. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for one or more active DFR projects, managing them from planning through to execution.
