Who We Are Looking For:
- We are seeking a Product Owner to lead a new team focused on voice and video communication within Creatio.
- You will shape how customers connect with businesses through voice and video calls directly from the platform.
- The role requires understanding client needs and turning them into product requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to clients, partners, and sales teams to understand contact center needs and identify real problems.
- Shape product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on client demand.
- Work daily with the development team on sprint planning and accept finished work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or Manager on a B2B product with solid technical understanding.
- Ability to build prototypes using AI coding agents and use AI tools in everyday work.
- Upper-Intermediate+ spoken English for leading client calls and negotiations.
