Counsel- eCommerce and D2C

Position Overview:

• We are hiring a new attorney to work as an integral part of the legal team providing support to the Imaging Division.
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial transactions lawyer with specific expertise in D2C sales and ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day legal matters, provide advice on B2B, B2R, and D2C contracts, and help develop terms and policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with key customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support legal reviews of marketing, advertising, product packaging, licensing, and promotional programs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school, admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant legal experience; solid commercial contracts and ecommerce background.
• Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range $150,000 to $187,000 depending on experience.

• Remote work with east coast time zone preferred, 10% travel required.
