WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Own key components of the full-cycle accounts payable process, including AP inbox, vendor management, and invoice processing.
- Support customer billing, accounts receivable activities, and month-end close reconciliations across balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, flux analysis, and organize documentation for external audit requests.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2-4 years of accounting experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems like NetSuite.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for process improvement and automation.
