Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of task order execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery of services in accordance with contract requirements and performance standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and HEFP leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including schedules, milestones, risk management strategies, and quality assurance measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management within federal or healthcare environments.
