Protective is seeking a Lead Associate for CRM Strategy to lead CRM strategy and execution, emphasizing data collection and customer insights. This role requires consistency in data-driven decision making and strategy formulation in CRM campaigns and programs. The candidate will determine the scope of support from IT and maintain external relationships with service and data analysis providers. The position involves collaborating across functional areas and the Marketing team to formulate CRM strategies aligned with business objectives, manage annual CRM budgets, and devise business planning against key performance indicators. Daily tasks also include providing expertise to the Sales department, developing acquisition and retention approaches, and monitoring CRM campaigns to measure ROI. The candidate will evaluate customer data, research CRM trends, and perform other duties as assigned. Must have a Bachelorβs degree with 7 years of CRM experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
