Job Description
We are looking for an experienced NOC Linux Specialist to support our Hunt: Showdown NetOps department. For this role we are looking for someone who is based in Poland to work remotely on a freelance contract. You will be responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of Crytek’s 24×7 gaming network across multiple data-centers, games, and platforms. Please note that this role requires working in shifts (including night shifts).
Responsibilities include monitoring and operation of the 24×7×365 hosted data-center environment using monitoring tools; installation, configuration and patching of system and game software; working closely with R&D to install, configure and operate developed features; ensuring appropriate technical documentation; assisting with process and policy development; and maintaining a dynamic, highly available environment.
