Sales Operations - Virtual Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Virtual Assistant to support the company's sales and operations functions. The VA will manage CRM updates, reporting, and customer-facing communications while helping streamline workflows across sales, billing, and partner activities. This role is critical in enabling the company's team to focus on growth while ensuring the back-end processes run seamlessly. The role involves sales operations and CRM updates, maintaining HubSpot CRM with sales information and activity tracking. Prepare sales follow-up emails from call transcripts using ChatGPT. Generate and deliver weekly pipeline forecasts and sales performance reports. Coordinate updates with sales reps. Also entails customer and partner support by managing monthly partner referral tasks, preparing customer case studies. Work across Google Sheets, Notion, and Slack for tracking and reporting. Providing ad-hoc operational support to improve team productivity.
