Director, Payer Strategy & Engagement

Strategic Leadership:

• Lead the strategic intent of Aledade’s partnerships with health plans.
• Manage strategic payer portfolios to maximize platform contribution.
• Contribute to company goals on health plan contracting for commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid value-based contracts.

Team & Relationship Management:

• Develop and build collaborative relationships with payer partners.
• Lead payer national JOCs.
• Mentor a team for storytelling with data.

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent storytelling with data skills.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess financial and operational outcomes of contracts.
