Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the active market search and commercial evaluation of real estate assets across target states.
- Spearhead high-stakes commercial lease negotiations and acquisitions.
- Develop and execute a centralized procurement strategy for nationwide multi-site branch rollouts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-7 years of progressive procurement experience handling capital projects and real estate acquisitions.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial property searches and lease negotiations.
- Proficiency with ERP and procurement tools such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
