Role Overview:
- Execute Strategic Sourcing activities for Professional Services categories.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and business stakeholders to support Procurement operations.
- Establish best practices and drive cost savings in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Procurement lifecycle from needs assessment to contract execution.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and track savings realization.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of progressive procurement experience with Professional Services focus.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and category management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems like Omnea.
