About The Role:
- Set and maintain the credit culture.
- Manage new business underwriting process.
- Train and develop the Underwriting team.
What You Will Do:
- Review new deal packages for industry concerns.
- Ensure deals are underwritten prudently.
- Manage department reporting exceptions.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Ability to effectively lead others.
