About the Role:
- Sets and maintains the organization’s credit culture.
- Develops and implements credit origination practices grounded in data and industry regulations.
- Oversees underwriting and portfolio teams.
What You Will Do:
- Ensures efficient underwriting by reviewing credit narratives and approving transactions.
- Manages credit origination scorecards and approval authorization levels.
- Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures.
